WinMobile Zip
Launched in 2004, WinMobile Zip is the first Zip archiving software under Windows Mobile to support advanced encryption standard, AES.
Zip file is one of the most widely-used compressed file format in the on-line services and the Internet. If you have been surfing the Internet, surely you have run into zip file every now and then.
AES, also known as Rijndael, is a block cipher adopted as an encryption standard by the US government and has since been extensively implemented worldwide. As of today, no successful attacks against AES have been recognised. In June 2003, the US Government announced that AES may be used for classified information.
WinMobile Zip combines these two technologies in a seamless application that effectively enables you to compress and secure your sensitive data in a single operation.

WinMobile Zip v.3 is a comprehensive archiving tool with built-in supports for viewing and extracting of a
wide range of archiving formats, in addition to advanced zip archiving with state-of-the-art AES. The new release has built-in supports for viewing and
extracting of ISO, CAB, ARJ, LZH, Z, DEB, CPIO, TAR, RAR, BZIP2, CHM, RPM and SIS archive format.
User interface has also been entirely redesigned with emphasis on intuitive
single-handed operation using softkeys and hardware navigation keys.
Multi-tab interface with dual-folder design makes copying, moving,
extracting or compressing files from one folder to another extremely easy.
WinMobile Zip version 3 comes with password manager. Now memorizing all those passwords, essential as it is, is thing of the past. This new interface make managing passwords, and using passwords, an easy task. A single master password is all you need to access to all the password list. After activating the password manager, user can use the list of passwords managed by password manager to encrypt or decrypt an archive in the password dialog.
